Machining: Complete CNC machining and capabilities for parts requiring single and multi-operations. CRB has both 40 and 50 taper mills, each with 4th axis capabilities allowing us to produce very complex parts.

CNC TURNING: Complete CNC turning capabilities for parts requiring single and multi-operations.

EDM: Production and specialty small run wire and sinker EDM machining

Waterjet: State of the art, highly accurate waterjet machining for all types of materials, primarily steel but we can also cut plastics, rubber, granite and types of glass to name a few. Ideal thickness above 1/4" in non-ferrous materials with no heat affected zones. We provide quick response times on production runs and prototype parts.

GRINDING: CRB can provide surface grinding along with I.D. and O.D...grinding OUR GRINDING MACHINES Two Okamoto surface grinders – 12” x 24” Doall surface grinder – 8” x 24” Brown & Sharp Micromaster – 12” x 24” SRD drill sharpener

STAMPING: Medium to high production with a range of presses to 200 ton capacity, 40 to 450 strokes per minute and shut heights from 5 to 18 inches. All support equipment to process materials in a variety of conditions. Advantages of stamping in the states are shorter lead times, shorter runs to support "just in time" manufacturing and the pride in knowing you are helping support the local U.S. economy.

TOOL AND DIE: In house capabilities to design and build progressive, form and blanking dies for a variety of materials.
