CRB LEADERSHIP TEAM
BRIAN BAKER, PRESIDENT & OWNERAs the grandson of CRB founder, Charles Robert Baker, and son of Clyde Baker (President from 1976 to 2010), Brian Baker’s manufacturing industry experience is both deep and wide. A Clackamas High School graduate, Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Southern Oregon University, entered the family business in 1992, and has been making third generation contributions ever since. In addition to being an expert in materials, processes and ever-emerging technologies, Brian is a dedicated husband, father and Timbers fan. When he’s not in the office, at home, or in the stadium, Brian likes to bike and enjoy the great northwest.

AIMEE BAKER, CONTROLLER
An enthusiastic Portland native like her husband, Brian Baker, Aimee Baker graduated from Central Catholic High School and went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts and International Law from The University of California at Santa Cruz. She has worked in the metals manufacturing industry since 2011. Her previous experience spans advertising, finance, and semi-conductor manufacturing. In addition, Aimee is able to leverage her past experience with the regional Workforce Investment Boards to maximize CRB’s presence in the local business community. A self-proclaimed Deadhead, Aimee appreciates the great outdoors and spending time with her family.

DEANNA HART, ADMINISTRATIVEDeanna Hart graduated from Rex Putnam High School and worked in the field of banking and finance before joining CRB in 2004. As the Administrative Assistant, Dee is integral to CRB’s order and planning process. From the time an order is generated, to when the parts leave the building, Dee helps ensure accurate fulfillment to each customer. She is a dedicated wife and mother, and is delighted by her five precious grandchildren. Dee enjoys spending time with family, friends, and volunteering at her local church.
